It works in close partnership with private voluntary organizations, indigenous organizations, universities, American businesses, international agencies, other governments, and other U.S. government agencies. USAID has working relationships with more than 3,500 American companies and over 300 U.S.-based private voluntary organizations.
Transparency and Accountability Network
The Transparency and Accountability Network (TAN) is a civil society coalition formed primarily for the purpose of exchanging information on developments and initiatives in transparency and accountability. It has a membership base of 3 organizations composed of academe, private sector, and civil society groups with strong interest in anti-corruption and good governance.
The Makati Business Club
The Makati Business Club is a private non-stock, non-profit business association organized as a Forum for Constructive Ideas. As a forum, the MBC is dedicated to addressing economic and social policy issues which affect the development of the Philippines. The main thrust of the MBC is to foster and promote the role of the private business sector in national development efforts, both in the planning and the implementation of policy. Founded in 1981, the MBC is composed of over 800 chief executive officers and senior executives representing almost 450 of the largest and most dynamic corporations in the Philippines.
League of Cities of the Philippines
The League of Cities of the Philippines is a nonprofit organization composed of 84 cities representing communal efforts of city mayoralties to share and promote practices in the fields of public administration and governance. It is an organization of cities united and committed to genuine and effective local autonomy and development, with democratic access to all available resources.
Mindanao Business Council, Inc.
The Mindanao Business Council, Inc. is the only island-wide organization of leading business support institutions, including chambers of commerce, producer organizations and trade associations, seeking to reduce the cost of doing business in Mindanao and improve the competitiveness of the region's private sector. In partnership with government agencies, international development organizations, research institutions and civil society groups, the MBC is working to bring about the transformation of Mindanao's economy, leading to increased employment, higher incomes and a better life for its people.
Mindanao Coalition of Development NGOs
The Mindanao Coalition of Development NGO Networks (MINCODE) is a coalition of nine (9) networks of NGOs and POs based in Mindanao. The coalition serves as the forum for discussion, dialogue and coordination among Mindanao networks and NGOs concerning development programs and its impact to the Mindanao community. It also serves as advocacy center of NGOs and POs in Mindanao on issues related to development of tripeoples-Lumad, Moro and Christian settlers. It facilitates and promotes Mindanao consciousness and greater tripeople awareness among Mindanawons and Mindanao NGOs and POs.
Ateneo School of Government
In 1996, the Ateneo de Manila University formed the School of Government (ASG) to provide an institutional vehicle for the development of public servants and as a forum for dialogue and partnership among the government, the private, the non-government organization and people’s organization sectors. ASG hopes to promote innovation, reform and excellence in the national and local institutions of government and enlighten leaders in business and non-government sectors on the unique dynamics of government in order to facilitate and mainstream popular participation in governance.

Barug! Pilipino, Inc. is a corruption intolerant Church-based movement in Cebu. Its mission-vision is to give birth to a transformed Filipino nation. Barug's goal is a theology and spirituality of social transformation in the Philippines articulated and practiced by Filipino Catholics. It aims to promote corruption-intolerance, sustained by Church-based groups in the Philippines.
Coalition Against Corruption
The Coalition Against Corruption is an alliance of the business sector, non-government organizations, and the Church that fights corruption. Launched in 21 September 2004, its mission is to implement and support counter-corruption projects, initially in the area of procurement and delivery of essential public services. Its goals are to strengthen citizens' participation in governance and ensure proper use of public funds.

Center for Social Policy and Public Affairs
Ateneo Center for Social Policy and Public Affairs
was established as the socio-political institute
of the Ateneo de Manila University in April of
1986, two months after the downfall of the Marcos
dictatorship. The Center was organized to contribute
to the deepening of political and economic democracy,
the seeds of which had been initially planted
by the February Revolution. Since then, the Center
has undertaken numerous efforts to contribute
to these goals

Watch, Inc.
Procurement Watch Inc. (PWI) is a non-profit,
non-partisan, civil society organization created
by a group of concerned and seasoned individuals
from government, academe, the legal profession,
and the private sector, brought together by the
challenge of reducing, if not eliminating, graft
and corruption in government through procurement
reform. PWI promotes transparency and accountability,
as well as assists in the streamlining of procedures
in government procurement of goods, supplies,
materials, services and infrastructure projects.

Salle Institute of Governance
The La Salle Institute of Governance (LSIG) is
a research and training institution that aims
to produce new knowledge, tools, and strategies
that promote transparent, accountable, participatory,
and effective governance. The Institute conducts
analytical and technical studies to identify problems
and establish baselines, benchmarks, and best
practices in various aspects of governance.

League
of Municipalities of the Philippines
From a league of mayors that was predominantly
a political organization, the League of Municipalities
of the Philippines (LMP) rose to become a focal
point in the management of local governance and
the promotion of local autonomy as an organization
now of municipalities. It aims to focus activities
on pursuing active members' participation and
capability development, effecting innovative organizational
structures, systems, processes, networks and aggressively
mobilizing resources and other support for LGU
programs.

Academy of the Philippines
For almost three decades now, one institution
has focused on approaches to national development.
This is the Development Academy of the Philippines
(DAP). Established in June 1973, its mandate has
been to assist in the country's development efforts
in two ways: as change catalyst and as capacity-builder.
Marawi City
When Lanao was divided into two provinces under Republic Act No. 2228 in 1959, Marawi was made the capital of Lanao del Sur. In 1980, the city was renamed the Islamic City of Marawi. It is now the only chartered city in the country with a predominantly Muslim population.

Weather Stations
The Social Weather Stations (SWS) was established
in August 1985 as a private non-stock, nonprofit
social research institution. The Social Weather
Surveys began on a semestral basis in 1986 and have
been run quarterly since 1992. The surveys include
both regular time series, or items to be monitored
from survey to survey, and contemporary readings,
or items to be modified from time to time. The time
series include many variables which SWS has been
monitoring for several years, thus providing trends
in economic and social conditions.
Office
of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process
The Office of the Presidential Adviser on the
Peace Process (OPAPP) was created by virtue of
Executive Order No. 125 (s. 1993), signed by former
President Fidel V. Ramos, as amended by Executive
Order No. 3, (s. 2001), signed by Pres. Gloria
Macapagal-Arroyo. The OPAPP is charged with the
management and supervision of the comprehensive
peace process.
Kadtuntaya
Foundation, Inc.
The Kadtuntaya Foundation is a response to the
growing needs of the Moro people in Central Mindanao
for socio-economic, political and cultural uplift.
It facilitates capacity-building activities aiming
to increase the capability of the grassroots communities
towards self-reliance and enhance the leadership
potentials that lead to maximum community participation.
It leads the Consortium of Bansamoro Civil Society,
which is a confederation of 57 Moro non-governmental
organizations and people organizations within
but not limited to ARMM areas.
Iligan
City
Iligan used to be a tiny town of the undivided
Lanao that stood northwest of Mindanao, 795 kilometers
southeast of Metro Manila. Owing to its rich resources
and bustling economic activity, Iligan was reclassified
as a highly urbanized city and has been identified
by the National Government as one of the growth
poles in the Island of Mindanao and centrally
located in the Visayas-Mindanao domestic market
and proximate to the BIMP East ASEAN Growth Area.

Garden City of Samal
Down South, at the heart of the Davao Gulf, is
a cluster of islets that will undoubtedly allure
any adventurous traveler - and that's for a thousand
and one reasons - many of which are intriguing,
distinct, and mystifying. The Island Garden City
of Samal adheres to the goal of instituting strategic
partnerships and enhancing existing linkages.
General
Santos City
General Santos City is in Southern Mindanao, part
of the growth region of South Cotabato, Sultan
Kudarat, Sarangani and General Santos City. Currently,
General Santos City has 26 barangays. It belongs
to the First Congressional District of South Cotabato
and is one of the three chartered cities of Region
XI.
Dapitan
City
From a small town replete with history, Dapitan
took a giant step forward and became a chartered
city by virtue of Republic Act No. 3811 which
was signed by then President Diosdado Macapagal
on 22 June 1963, thus becoming the first city
in the Province of Zamboanga del Norte. It is
officially known as the "Shrine City of the
Philippines."
Surigao
City
Surigao City, the provincial capital is dubbed
as the "Gateway to Mindanao". The ferry
landing terminal in Lipata links Mindanao to Luzon
through Eastern Visayas. It annually showcases
in full regalia its distinct cultural heritage
through the Bonok-Bonok Maradjao Karadjao"
Festival. A provincial city that offers a respite
from the bustling metropolitan life.
Cotabato
City
Cotabato City belongs to the province of Maguindanao,
the only Muslim province of the four created out
of the former Cotabato Province. Today, Cotabato
City is the seat of two administrative regions:
Region XII and the Autonomous Region in Muslim
Mindanao. The city currently serves as the center
for economic support activities (trade and finance),
education and other support services such as social,
physical, cultural and other basic services of
Central Mindanao.

The Muslim League of Cities, Municipalities and Communities of the Philippines (MLCMCP), otherwise known as the Muslim League, was primarily organized to serve as a mechanism for coordination, pooling of resources, decision-making, and actively take part in policy-advocacy for good governance, local autonomy, decentralization, peace-building and development work of Muslim leaders in the Philippines.
